Where is my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves the meadow. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. If it's been longer, drop us a note with your order number and we'll track down your package straight away.
Are your pieces really handmade?
Yes — everything is made or hand-finished in small batches in our studio. That means slight natural variations from piece to piece; we consider them the maker's fingerprint rather than a flaw.
How do I choose the right crystal?
