Processing time
Because every piece is handmade in small batches, we ask for 1–2 business days to lovingly pack your order before it leaves the studio. During new drops and holidays this may stretch to 3–4 days — we'll always note it on the shop banner if so.
Tracking
The moment your parcel departs the meadow, we'll email you a tracking link. If your tracking hasn't moved after a few days, don't worry — reach out and we'll chase it down for you.
Careful, enchanted packaging
Fragile crystals, resin trinkets, and glass suncatchers are wrapped in tissue and cushioned so they arrive whole and glowing. We use recyclable and reused materials wherever we can, because a tidy meadow is a happy meadow.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility — they're not included in our shipping rates. Delivery times for international parcels can vary with customs processing.
