Trust & Care

Returns & Refunds

Magic should feel safe to try. Our 30-day promise, in plain language.

Our promise: if something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund or exchange. No riddles, no fine-print traps.

What can be returned

We happily accept returns on items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. If a piece arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, that's on us — see below.

A few gentle exceptions

  • Final-sale & clearance items are non-returnable (always marked clearly on the product page).
  • Mystery scoops & surprise crystal bags can't be returned once opened, since the magic is in the surprise.
  • Custom & personalized pieces are made just for you, so they aren't eligible for return unless they arrive flawed.
  • Worn fairy clothes & accessories must be unworn with any tags still attached.

How to start a return — 3 simple steps

  1. Send us a note. Email hello@pixiemeadow.com or use our contact form with your order number and what you'd like to do.
  2. We'll reply with instructions and a return address within one business day.
  3. Pop it back in the post. Once your return arrives and passes a quick look-over, we'll issue your refund or send your exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return. You'll get an email the moment it's on its way back to you. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it — that part's out of our hands.

Return shipping

For a change of heart, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked service so nothing gets lost in the meadow. If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or wasn't what you ordered, we cover return shipping entirely and will replace or refund it at once.

Damaged or lost parcels

Crystals and glass can have a bumpy journey. If anything arrives broken, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no need to return the broken piece.

Still have a question? Our little FAQ and contact form are always open, and a real maker will answer.
